Flats in Merrill

'I’m not even sure how to explain the smell in my room. It was something like urine and stale smoke. I stayed in the room for about 15min and then just left, checked into the holiday inn express. I get it $45, but wow!'

'Everything about the room was off. I barely touched the toilet paper holder and the whole thing fell apart. The bathtub had a lot of missing parts. The bedsheets are visibly stained. The staff were nice but the property was poorly maintained.'

'Room was quite clean. Plenty of outlets available. Nice fridge, microwave and coffee maker with plenty of k-cups. Nice TV. Could have used some bedside tables. Kept nicking our ankles on the corners of the bed. Kinda loud with the highway right outside but earplugs took care of that.'

'Our bedroom had pervious damage that wasn't fixed, pool and hot tub were broken. Paid to much money for that room ,which was probably only worth 50.00 bucks'

'Firstly, want to state the staff is always warm, friendly & accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, but had a “foot” smell, (have noticed this on prior stays)-a deep clean of the carpets may be in order. We used a side door for convenience and just outside of it the pavement has a large, uneven gap that’s a considerable safety issue. Hopefully that can be repaired before anyone is more seriously injured. While these are maintenance issues that are easily addressed, I’d like to...
