Apartamento Savina By Escape Home

Apartamento Savina is a bright and welcoming single-storey family home with 3 bedrooms. It has legal capacity for 4 people. It is located in Arenal d'en Castell just a few metres from Arenal Beach, one of the most famous beaches in the north. Apartamento Savina has lovely views over the complex garden, as well as the rest of the urbanisation. It has a beautiful exterior terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.

The home has internet access (wifi) and a television and has two bright fully equipped bathrooms. It is distributed around the lounge with air conditioning and an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and citrus juicer.

The three bedrooms are equipped with fans. The apartment complex has a communal swimming pool, solarium and parking spaces for residents.

For groups made up of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.

During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.

The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.

The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been carried out, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.



Tourist tax: In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearics. If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
