Inside, the home opens into a spacious, comfortable layout centered around a large, fully equipped kitchen with a generous island—perfect for cooking, gathering, and sharing stories after a day outdoors. Just beyond, the oversized dining area creates the ideal setting for everything from family meals to late-night games.



Upstairs, you’ll find both bedrooms along with a full bathroom, offering a quiet and private place to recharge at the end of the day. Downstairs, an additional bathroom with a walk-in shower provides convenience, especially for guests using the extra sleeping space—a cozy daybed with a trundle located just off the living room, ideal for kids or additional guests.



Step outside and you’ll quickly see what makes Drop A Line special. The screened-in back porch invites you to start your mornings with coffee and end your evenings with the peaceful sound of the river. Guests will be required to complete a rental agreement, provide a valid photo ID, and submit a refundable damage deposit hold. This property welcomes up to 2 dogs with prior approval and applicable pet fee.
