Air conditioned, secure private parking space with key fob, two lifts to the fourth floor. Smart tv’s in all bedrooms. Double glazed for sound. Giovana manages the apartment on behalf of the owner and she is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. 'This home was the perfect end to our vacation. The house is wonderful with amazing views. It is well outfitted. The third bedroom does not have a door but is perfect for children. The property manager was very helpful and provided great recommendations. Only 15 minutes to Monte Carlo and Menton is a wonderful town.'

"Het appartement is ruim en modern. Heerlijk uitzicht als je op de 1e verdieping zit met uitzicht over de kleine bootjes zee en stadje. De communicatie over parkeren en check in moet beter. Bij aankomst weet je niet waar je heen moet en moet je eerst ergens anders betaald parkeren. Dan inchecken en dan kun je je auto voor 25,- per dag naast de residentie zetten. De ingang is aan de kant van de boten. Het complex is 2 verdiepingen hoog en ligt vòòr de hoge gebouwen. Bushalte en hop on hop off is vlakbij."
