'Very clean, great hotel. Customer service was incredibly helpful!'

'Everything was very clean, and the staff was so helpful and friendly. The location was great with easy access to transportation! I’d say the only thing to be aware of is that the rooms are very compact, the bathroom door glass, and you should che k the hours of the dining room'

'We love this little hotel, it’s clean, the service is great, we love the bar/restaurant, we love the location. It’s our new go to when we stay in the city'

'A fairly new hotel, everything was in good condition. Great breakfast, friendly staff, very close to Melbourne University Dental School…'

'Very nice atmosphere, lovely staff, they were all really nice but especially Bek is an asset, best coffee I've had in a hotel bar (also the best croque monsieur, by the way). Room was well furnished with sufficient storage space and nice little things such as robe and hair straightener. Well equipped gym, though the weights rack would be way more useful if it had 2,5 and 1,25 kg plates to complement the larger ones. 'Located in the "bohemian" area of Fitzroy. Free parking.'

'Love how quiet and sleek the hotel is. Great location for getting around the city. Access to the bath house is such a treat, and the coffee/ bakery by reception is great too. Had to book an extra night!'

'This is my first one-star review and it is very valid. I have stayed many times at this property and understand its location and proximity to the hospital. I have always found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. The front desk staff are your biggest issue. The are lazy and often distracted and the desk is often empty. On my check in day, I called ten times and no answer, I then had Expedia call the property and no answer. I sent an email and no reply. There is no way a guest can check in...

'Great place to stay, right across the Queen Vic Market. My room had a kitchen, so it was perfect to go get some veggies and proteins at the market. Also, tram stops super close to where I had to work and to the city centre. Lots of great Asian restaurants close by. I stayed for 17 nights and very pleased with my stay! '

'Easy to checkin and checkout, parking at the apartment is very convenient. Room view is nice, location is great, it’s close to tram stops, walking distance to few eateries nearby.'

'Great place to stay. Good location. easy parking.'

'Great location, good service. Rooms are spacious and modern.'

'Hotel is only 200 meters from a busstop and located near many restsurants. Room is clean and staff at the reception was friendly. Also the room was quiet, I would definitly come back here.'

'Excellent hotel not too far from CBD. Got nice coffee places and restaurant on walking distance from the hotel. Spaces room with a lot of natural light. Clean and functional bathroom.'
