'We stayed for one night and absolutely would stay again. The room was very clean and beds comfortable. We had a brilliant view from the 4th floor out onto the parkland below. Blockout curtains kept the room perfectly dark and it was so quiet. I wouldn’t have known we were staying in the middle of Melbourne. It was fantastic to have access to the food court downstairs (part of the royal children’s hospital) which made for an easy dinner option. Parking was available but took a bit to find a park...

'Great place to stay, right across the Queen Vic Market. My room had a kitchen, so it was perfect to go get some veggies and proteins at the market. Also, tram stops super close to where I had to work and to the city centre. Lots of great Asian restaurants close by. I stayed for 17 nights and very pleased with my stay! '

'Absolutely horrible customer service after hours. There was not one to help us check in. We had to call into the intercoms and the person on the line was rude, hostile. Even yelled at us for no being there in their self proclaim customer service hours. Also the advertise mislead us to believe breakfast was included which is not at least you want to spend 20 dollars for some por tarts and granola bars. This hotel does not meet best Western business core.'
