We are situated on a steep mountain side, accessibility to the top level of the building is via 7 stone steps (not pictured) for the SKYVIEW & 9 stone steps for the EAGLE NEST followed by a number of garden steps to the EAGLE NEST APARTMENT - SEE photo under Accommodation pics CAPTIONED for the EAGLE NEST.

The EAGLE NEST Apartment snap shot is a timeless traditional theme of semi open plan design, centrally located bathroom (compact lounge/dining/kitchenette) stunning views & cosy ambiance; as pictured.

Stunnighly situated, the Skyview & Eagle Nest Apartments offer some of the most sublime and majestic views in Victoria, stretching Port Philip Bays coastal and city skyline, perfect for that serene and romantic interlude.

EAGLE NEST apartment specifics -
features timeless design, with large double spa & spa side LCD of course; it’s bathroom flanked either side by the bedrooms gorgeous Chandon king bed and lounge on the other side (small in comparison to the Skview) with it's open plan kitchenette & views throughout.
An elegant real flame gas log fireplace and mood lighting for that cozy ambiance and romantic feel.
The kitchenette has a quality coffee machine, small microwave/convection oven, small oven, single electric cooktop and dishwasher, all of a portable nature. A bar fridge, a few pots and pans and basic utensils.
Large roofed balcony from the lounge area surrounded by native vegetation..

SKYVIEW PENTHOUSE apartment specifics -
features a warm baltic timber theme in a spacious layout & huge lounge space with the emphasis on the stunning 180 degree uninterrupted lounge/balcony views.
Full kitchen even with a Barista Touch Impress Coffee machine for that perfect velvety integrated coffee experience.
Separate bedroom with balcony.
Bathroom with a medium sized double corner spa, no spa side view but you do get a shower view from its double shower as it looks down over the lounge..
A wood fireplace adds to the country style charm. (wood is only provided May - Oct inclusive).
Large balcony off lounge area with filtered shade cover but not roofed, so no rain cover.
Private entrance.
Front entrance balcony and bedroom balcony have roofed cover.
BBQ: Not available May to Nov inclusive due to potential high winds/rain & ONLY by request & prior to arrival from Dec to Apr inclusive.

THE SKYVIEW PENTHOUSE -
has Netflix & Disney channels for the TV's in the lounge 60" & bedroom 40".
Use the apps section for login to your OWN ie Prime etc.
The spa side TV is free to air ONLY:

THE EAGLE NEST -
has Foxtel IQ4 Platinum package on 3 TV screens.

In keeping with available space, a 32” for bathroom & bedroom & 50” screen for the lounge above the elegant real flame gas log fire place.

The lounge 50 inch screen ONLY has Netflix, Stan/Sports included.

The bathroom & bedroom screens can be logged into for your OWN Netflix, Stan etc Act via the Foxtel apps.

Foxtel has an extensive download library's from Movies to Sports etc. (please Note - Not all 'On Demand' Foxtel movies/programs are included in the Platinum package & pay per view may apply). This is standard to Foxtel across all packages.

For those still using them there is a DVD player.

IMPORTANT: Eagle Nest - There is no accessibility to the HDMI & USB available for your devices as the screen are wall mounted.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS. Located only a few minutes walk is the summit, The Eagle Sky Lift, the beautiful sea winds gardens, the much acclaimed Adventure Maze and only a short drive from the Peninsula Hot Springs or the many fine wineries, cafes, galleries and restaurants, rugged ocean beaches and countless other attractions of the Mornington Peninsula.
