The Space:

The entire 105 m² apartment is for your private use. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a king bed in each bedroom and a folding bed in the living room for the fifth guest. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame Melbourne city and Port Phillip Bay views. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, dedicated workspace, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, a spacious separate laundry with washer and dryer, and a private Japanese-style soaking tub without massage jets. There is no private balcony or patio.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the apartment and may use the building's shared Level 9 indoor pool, gym, sauna and steam room, subject to building access procedures, availability and operating conditions. Level 10 facilities are not included. Paid parking is A$30 per night by advance request and is subject to availability.



Other Things to Note:

The private Japanese-style soaking tub does not have massage jets and is not a Jacuzzi or spa. The fifth sleeping space is a folding bed in the living room. Guests do not have access to Level 10 facilities, and the apartment has no private balcony or patio. Paid parking is A$30 per night, must be requested in advance and is subject to availability.
