I can promise you that in the circumstance that you are unable to travel due to petrol shortages or Airport closures, I will override any cancellation policy and will organise a refund for you.
There would be only two considerations for you:
1) When a guest is entitled to a refund, we reserve the right to pass on any credit card transaction fees to the primary booking guest, relating to their reservation.
2) We would just require any kind of documentation of proof, to confirm your cancellation request falls within the `Extenuating Circumstances`.
Our apartment is in a residential building. It is best suited to 4 guests but can sleep up to 6. Luxuriously appointed 2 bedroom with portable heating and cooling, 2 bathroom apartment, level 7, private balcony, self contained kitchen. The open plan lounge room, kitchen and dining room areas, has a split system air conditioner that both cools and heats the apartment. Work & Family ready including cot, high chair, baby bath. Walking distance to Southern Cross Station.

Bedding Configuration: The master bedroom 1 (Golden Room) with ensuite, has a king size zip bed that can be easily converted into 2 single beds if required. Mattress can be soft or firm in this room. Bedroom 2 (Orange Room) has a queen bed and there is space for the crib in here if you prefer. There is a 3 Seater sofa in the lounge room, which converts into a double bed. There is also a double foam fold out topper mattress (found in the wardrobe of bedroom 1) to go on the sofa bed for your extra comfort. A portable fold out baby cot, highchair and baby bath are available and stored in the bedroom wardrobe.
**NOTE: We do not provide cot linen/bedding.
Our apartment is in a residential building. The apartment size is approximately 121 metres squared. Approximately 11m x 11m. Your stay in this modern, contemporary apartment will allow you to enjoy everything Melbourne has to offer. Located in the building`s south west corner, this apartment offers CBD inner City views to the south and the West including the Melbourne Star Wheel in the Docklands. Both bedrooms have top of the range soft plush pillow top mattresses sure to help even the lightest sleeper to have an excellent nights sleep. There are block out blinds throughout the apartment.
The Master bedroom has city views and a luxurious ensuite. There is both a washing machine and dryer in the laundry cupboard with clothes washing liquid provided. Your fully equipped kitchen comes complete with a microwave, conventional oven, cooktop, coffee machine and dishwasher with dish washing products provided. Your welcome starter gift pack includes: shampoo, conditioner, soap, tea, coffee, sugar, and milk. Once these have run out, guests will need to purchase their own products.
It`s close to everything – shops, museums, restaurants, cafes – and inside the free tram zone. Southern Cross Station is across the road, which makes getting to and from the airport easy. There is a luggage drop off/pickup facility available just metres away from the concierge on street level for a small fee. Walking distance to Marvel Stadium, if you`re in town for a game or an event. In the apartment, you will enjoy views from the living room and both bedrooms through the full-length windows. The resort-style extras, includes 2 x gyms, and 2 x indoor heated pools. Your stay also comes with a free undercover car space, Free Wi Fi, Free Netflix.
Guests may access the apartment on check in day by collecting keys from our key handlers from 3pm onward. Note that the key handlers hours are open 24 hours 7 days. They will require photo ID before key handover. Guests will be given key collection details after booking and prior to check in.
The entire apartment is available to our guests private use. All our guests also have access to the building`s indoor Heated Swimming Pool, and Gym.
