Please note that the building uses a shared central air-conditioning system, so cooling and heating may be slower than expected, especially during peak usage periods. This is due to the building’s original design. For winter stays, a portable heater is available if needed. Thank you for your understanding.

Fresh linens and hotel-quality bedding are provided for all beds.

Portable fans are provided for guest comfort.



*Single sofa bed in living room (please see the dimension in the photo section). There is an additional $40+GST fee for providing linens and setting up the sofa bed. Please inform us in advance if you will require this setup to ensure all guests have a cozy and restful stay!

An induction MUST BE undertaken by every car park owner/user before using the Car Stacker parking system. The link to complete the induction will be sent along with checkin instruction prior to your arrival.

PLEASE NOTE: The vehicle inducted into the stacker system is the ONLY vehicle permitted to use the system and space. Should alternate vehicles be required to use the space then please ensure the vehicle details are passed onto Klaus Multiparking or you may cause damage to your vehicle within the car stacker system.

Parking is available in this apartment, using the parking tower system. Please note the vehicle limits:

• Max height: 1.6 m (most spaces) or 1.9 m (some spaces)

⚠️ Larger SUVs, vans, utes, or vehicles with roof racks/low clearance may not fit.

"Please note: The car park is suitable for standard-size SUVs only. Larger SUVs (e.g., Kia Carnival or similar models) will NOT fit due to height/dimension restrictions."



Guest Access:

You'll have exclusive access to the entire unit.

Guests can also enjoy the building's shared amenities, including a gym, an indoor lap pool, and a sauna and steam room located on the 8th floor.

For your convenience, we offer self check-in. Please note that the keys are securely stored at a nearby shop, which is the closest available key collection point to the property.



You will receive the key collection link and PIN 1–2 days prior to arrival. We kindly recommend planning your check-in route in advance to ensure a smooth arrival, especially if you are traveling with luggage.



If you prefer additional assistance during check-in, in-person support can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to prior request and availability.



Should off-site key collection be a concern for your stay preferences, you may wish to consider a property that offers on-site key access or direct entry.

For last-minute bookings, using the sofa bed may incur an additional linen delivery fee.



Last minute same day booking:

There might be a delayed check in if you book the same day to arrive, so we can prepare the place properly and comfortably for your stay.

To confirm availability, please message us at least 2 days in advance. Early check-in or late checkout is subject to availability and depends on whether there are same-day guest check-ins or checkouts. Additional fees may apply.
