This is subject to availability. If available this will be charged at $30 per hour.

Long Stays:
For bookings of 14days or more, a mid-stay cleaning service is recommended. You can choose to receive a refresh, restock and full clean for $250. For extended stays, cleaning services will be tailored to ensure our team can periodically clean, maintain and inspect our property, keeping it in top condition through out your stay.

We respectfully ask that you review the house rules before confirming your reservation and adhere to them throughout your stay. Please be aware that parties or events of any nature will not be permitted. Non compliance with this regulation will result with eviction from the premises and charges for necessary damage or extra cleaning. We appreciate your cooperation in advance!

Loss keys will result in a $250 replacement fee
