'Started off terrible with them overbooking and downgrading our room without telling us. Next day ended up getting a room type that we should have in a great location. From there it’s a great place to stay with kids.'

'Fabulous staff, so helpful accommodating and friendly. Beautiful location with such a wonderful focus on conservation. The Pilotes Overwater bungalows are an absolute highlight, comfortable, spacious and with gorgeous views. An true highlight to be watching the turtles and snorkelling with them right off the deck.'

'The staff here were very friendly, sorted out my minor room problem quickly. Everyone from the reception, coffee shop and restaurant staff were always smiling and friendly. The hotel was a little way from Nadi itself but so near to the airport and yet there was still a free shuttle, I’ll be back soon 😀'

'Heel relaxt om met shuttle service van vliegveld te worden opgepikt.hotel is vriendelijk en gastvrij. Het was erg warm dus de pool was een verademing. Dinner s'avonds was a la carte en goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Al met al gied verblijf.'

'Staff was awesome! Location was great. Transportation was easy as there are lots of taxis and a local bus to get into Nadi. Clean pool and area around it with lots of seating and view of the ocean. Rooms were small, but had a great balcony and fridge.'

'Fijn hotel om 1 of 2 nachten te verblijven. Veel faciliteiten en aardig hotel personeel. Wel wat achterstallig onderhoud in kamer en daar buiten.'

'All excellent. Staff does need to add ice packs for severe edema incidents for guests coming off flights. (11 hr flight, both legs- extreme swelling, staff graciously and promptly made ice packs with plastic gloves. Subsided by day 2. Had a great time. TY . Store should also offer nude compression socks for these incidents...:)) '
