'All good but there was a confusion about breakfast. Hotel staff told me that breakfast was not included but when I booked it clearly says breakfast included. Someone the hotel.com communication with Grand hotel did not mention about free breakfast. This caused confusion and time. When sending communication to the hotel please mention about breakfast is included. This will help the process. Please clarify why this confusion. '

'The front desk staff was good, the breakfast was excellent and tasty. Two issued I had was there was another group that was playing loud music near us and it was bothering us as we were trying to put the kids to sleep. We also had a issues where the staff was suppose to deliver a case of water we brought and they delivered it to the wrong room. They replaced it with a case but just two small issues. Overall good experience and would stay again if going through the area. '

'Hotel rooms/lodges are spread in a big garden. It is good quality but to expensive. Problem is you don't have much choice if you want quality in Thekkady. Food is good. Staff in reastaurant a bit unfriendly. (cooks are good and friendly) You have a nice swimmingpool and a bar with big Pool table. Most amazing thing was in January just after sunrise thousand of FOX bats (1 meter big) are flying low over the trees. Sit at swiming pool have a beer and watch the sky.
