'I very impressed but I will honest when we first pulled it looks very rustic but once inside it was very clean and the bed omg it was like sleeping on a cloud, we loved how we could freely walk the property and we really enjoyed the farm animals which are all very tamed even the chickens lol this place to rent especially if you have kids that go to Emory and Henry College we stayed graduation weekend my mind was at ease because we did not have to deal with any traffic'

'House was easy to get to. Very clean and comfortable. Property Manager was top notch! Easy to communicate with and informative. Our only problem was the bottom part of the driveway was very deep with gravel which was not motorcycle friendly . Would absolutely recommend staying there.'

' It's an absolutely beautiful cabin inside and out, extremely clean and beautifully updated! It's perfect! One of the most peaceful places that I've been to & the hot tub & patio with the chairs by the creek & porch with the gas fireplace was perfect! Didn't get to enjoy the fire pit but will next time because we'll definitely be back!!time'

'We enjoyed sitting on the front porch of this lazy little country town. We did not realize it had more than one unit until after we finalized the reservation but luckily only one other unit had occupants, the last night. We walked to Damascus Old Mill for dinner (yummy-table over the river) and Blue Blazes bike rental is directly across the street if you are riding the Creeper Trail. We would go back again. '

'Great property with lots of extra parking and use of the garage. Small drain issue in the main bath. Pictures are good representations of the house. Would return if we go back to Abingdon VA. '

'Stayed here for a few days with family. Lots of space for everyone and a large kitchen with everything you need for prepping meals. Kids enjoyed the creek amd lots of space to run outside. Only issue was quite a bit of leaky plumbing, but nothing that would stop us from staying again. Landlord was also extremely attentive with any issues. Would definately recommend kt.'

'We absolutely loved our stay at the Lakehouse, the open concept to the family room allowed us to spend time together inside and on the porch. The entire family had a blast fishing and swimming. Eric was responsive and so welcoming. Plenty of towels for everyone, plenty of fridge space between the kitchen and garage,washer and dryer available to wash as you go.Thank you so much for the great visit.'
