'My original room had not been cleaned. Greg jumped on it and got me another room. I could see my vehicle from the window. I prefer Home2Suites when I travel. The only down side was I could not figure out how to turn off the light over the counter.'

'Its a shame this hotel is branded Staybridge. I have seen a lot of Staybridge hotels, and this one is an absoluut dump. Compleet rundown place, would not be a problem if it looks like 1980, but apparently that was the last time it was cleaned. Filty bath, filthy kitchen, no water pressure, AC will kill you. Stayed 2 nights. Because of location, second day no room service. Should have handed them the keys and left first night, but the perfect location to TX tech kept me. '

'Room was clean, neighborhood sketchy (6 police cars in the parking lot to check on a break-in at the vacant restaurant next door about 10 pm, and a dog was at home in the lot that night and morning, no owner visible.) I realized in the morning there were no towels, and the front desk didn't have access to towels until housekeeping was to arrive at 10. I found a towel in my gear but couldn't get the water hot enough for a shower. The bathroom towel bars were both missing entirely, as was the...
