I wish, though, that the listing would have noted that this unit is the lower-level of an occupied home. Could hear footsteps and dogs barking periodically, even with white noise machines going. 'We couldn't fit our van in the guarage, so we had to find street parking which was frustrating. The internet was good. The dining table chair leg came off, it looked like it had been fixed before. The thermastat had a mind of it's own. I had to get up in the middle of the night to turn it down...it went from 70 to 83. The house was perfect size, and the convience of staying all together was nice. I was happy to be able to spend family time. The neighborhood was not that great, but it all worked...
