'The location of the River Inn is excellent. It is in a nice neighborhood, with like a 20-30 mins walk to the DC Mall. There are multiple restaurants and super markets relatively close. The hotel itself also contains an Italian restaurant that was fine, the breakfast is also there. The staff of the hotel is helpful and the rooms are clean and big. The room contains a lot of extra facilities such as cooking facilities. We had a great stay. '

'Global Luxury provides units that don’t lock securely from the inside, leaving guests non-secure while sleeping, vulnerable to anyone who has a copy of the key to enter during the night. No dead bolt. I realized immediately upon check in and returned the keys to the building lobby attendant, and I called Global asking for a refund because I need to stay elsewhere for a secure stay. Global Luxury’s final response is that they “advertised the room type correctly online” and won’t return my money....

'Extremely loud with screaming people in the hotel hallways. No one available to help. When you go to a hotel to sleep it would've been nice to get some.'

'Liked the natural light in the unit. It was spotless. Location was right in the middle of everything. TV was impossible to figure out. It needed to be reset to factory settings per Google. Did not like not having a front desk person when help was needed and not having a coffee maker in the room. The street noise in the morning will wake you up.'

When I asked for the email of the manager he refused to give me that and said they didn’t allow customer emails either. A property manager who refuses to have any communication with a paying customer? Never heard of...
