WELCOME TO MASSANUTTEN!
This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.

NOISE
Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM.
Keep noise indoors during these hours.
No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

PARKING
Keep all tires off the road.
Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840
No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.

OUTDOOR FIRES
High wildfire risk area!
No open fires.
No unattended fires.
No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check MassanuttenVillage or electronic sign at entrance for updates.

There is a spacious master bedroom, master bathroom, and additional bedroom with two full beds on the upstairs level. Above the living room, there is also a large loft area with a sofa, and love seat, and flat-screen smart TV. On the lower level, there is a large wet bar, pool table, and entertaining area.

The kitchen, dining room, and great room provide a wonderful area for entertaining and gathering. Rewind by a cozy fire in the stone fireplaces found in the great room and master bedroom. Gather with friends and family around the 12-foot long custom-built wood table to enjoy a meal, or simply a glass of wine. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, double-wall convection oven in addition to an abundance of pots, pans, cookware, and dishes to accommodate large family meals!

We offer exclusive experiences available at this premier home. We try to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs when possible, however, any early or late departure needs to be approved in advance. We cannot confirm any early arrivals or late check outs until 2 days prior to your arrival. $20/hour for early or late check out.

If you’re planning to have an event during your stay, it’s important to get approval from us before booking. We’ll need to know the number of guests and cars, and there will be an additional event fee.
