'Great location, so close to downtown. House was clean and so cute! All of the beds were comfy! My kids were so excited with all the toys and games there. We had a very short but nice stay. '

'At the top of hotel/ARBB priorities should be quality of ce the bed. Most people have traveled a significant distance and are needing a good night sleep on a comfortable bed. This place did not fulfill. The bed had no box-spring and the mattress was so worn that management had put a 3inch foam pad that you buy from Walmart over the top. This made for an extremely soft and hot bed, which for my wife was non-issue but i weigh 200lbs and I had to move to the couch. We refused to stay the second...

'We were able to cook our Christmas dinner and get a lot of rest, which was our goal. We were lucky enough to walk in the snow the day after Christmas and had a great time!The property was clean, the beds comfortable and the bedrooms spacious. The living room was small and comfy. 'Communication could be better with check in and how to access parking garage below osprey lodge. Most restaurants and shops closed on Tuesday, Wednesday, which is when we stayed. Limited shops, restaurants open could have been communicated'

'I booked this through VRBO and ended up with a full hour of a check-in disaster where the property and VRBO had some sort of miscommunication from what I gathered (couldn’t get a clear explanation of what exactly went wrong). My family and I did not end up in the room that was advertised and what I paid for through VRBO.
