My only issue was the hair my friend found on her clean washcloth, the giant bug that was in the bathroom that appeared out of nowhere and the housekeeping staff wanting to know if we were checking out and which room we were in. The cleaning didn’t need to occur until after we were gone. »

« Whoever reviewed this property stating it was clean definitely lied. There were stains and holes in both the curtains and shower curtain, along with mold and pink buildup around the bathtub. What was most concerning was the cleanliness of the floors and carpet. My son splashed water on the bathroom floor, and when I wiped it up with a towel, the towel came away brown/gray and picked up pubic hair that clearly had not been cleaned. His stuffed animal also picked up pubic hair from the carpet and...

« Filthy, disgusting place. This is a slum motel with mold, broken faucets, torn up walls and dog chewed siding. Cigarette burns on the bedspreads, I have a bunch of pictures to back this up. »

« The biggest issue we faced was that their one elevator was out when we arrived. They did offer to refund the reservation as they could not get us a room lower than the third floor and we had huge suitcases. But it was late and we didn’t know is we could get in the one hotel that was close by. If it had not been for this we would have rated our stay much higher. The room and hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was above average and the fitness room was great. »

Brown marks on the walls, dirty marks on the bed sheet, hair on the towels, broken drawers, TV didn’t work, light fixtures with broken bulbs.. about all that worked was the shower and the toilet. We had a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke and the people next door to us were definitely smoking in their non smoking room, but the staff didn’t do anything about it. »
