« The biggest issue we faced was that their one elevator was out when we arrived. They did offer to refund the reservation as they could not get us a room lower than the third floor and we had huge suitcases. But it was late and we didn’t know is we could get in the one hotel that was close by. If it had not been for this we would have rated our stay much higher. The room and hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was above average and the fitness room was great. »

« Whoever reviewed this property stating it was clean definitely lied. There were stains and holes in both the curtains and shower curtain, along with mold and pink buildup around the bathtub. What was most concerning was the cleanliness of the floors and carpet. My son splashed water on the bathroom floor, and when I wiped it up with a towel, the towel came away brown/gray and picked up pubic hair that clearly had not been cleaned. His stuffed animal also picked up pubic hair from the carpet and...

« Filthy, disgusting place. This is a slum motel with mold, broken faucets, torn up walls and dog chewed siding. Cigarette burns on the bedspreads, I have a bunch of pictures to back this up. »

« Pet friendly but no real place to walk your dog. Room was very clean but didn’t have much in the way of seating. Also, while it is only 10 miles from Pigeon Forge, the drive with traffic can be well over 30 minutes. If you’re traveling through on the way to a different destination it’ll work, if you’re planning to stay in Pigeon Forge for a vacation, this is probably not the place you want to stay. Staff was very friendly. »
