« The house worked very well for our needs. Plenty of room. House was easy to find. The neighborhood is working class but felt very safe. Enjoyed the park across the street. Was surprised that the kitchen and living room were on the second floor but that was not a problem for us. It was nice to eat our meals on the balcony. Winchester was central to areas we wanted to visit. A lot less traffic in Winchester than in Lexington. A short drive to Walmart and Kroger. »

« Top 3 favorite places I’ve stayed! We love places with historic charm and this space was amazing! It had everything we needed and then some. It was a 5 minute drive to the Ark so it was easy to come and go. We cooked all of our meals in the well appointed kitchen. The downstairs bedrooms were a little chilly but with an extra blanket it was fine. I was worried about the train at night based on other reviews but only my DIL in the queen room even heard it.
