'The welcoming words at the check in, the overall state of the accommodation, sufficient gym, clean pool, extremely friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, good and friendly security, close to transportation motorcycles, close to golf court, good AC on the rooms, good WiFi, great buffet breakfast (English). Great outside places to enjoy breakfast.We had small technical issue on our room, it was fixed immediately. Overall a great stay, definitely recommendable. '

'Everything was very pleasant! The only complaint I have is we sent clothes to be dry cleaned but our clothes was returned damped which indicated the clothes was washed regular. We paid a lot for dry clean so please check your out source for dry cleaning '

'Beautiful grounds, well-priced, extremely clean rooms and fast, efficient airport shuttle. We truly enjoyed our one night stay at Papyrus! The cuisine was also excellent and the choices were quite varied! Staff were really friendly and went out of their way to help with any detail, no matter how small. Would highly recommend this guest house!!'

'The property is fabulous! I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff is friendly and courteous. The only issue I had at all was the Timeliness of the Service. That said, I am from Houston, Texas and we move very quickly. So, as long as you have all the time in the world, the service is great! 'The hotel is bordered by the lake on one side and virgin forest on the other. I took 3 marvelous meals a day and the evening meal had a roaring camp fire. Staff were superb. A boat trip organised by the manager was wonderful, many lake birds, families of monitor lizards and a flock of african grey parrots! Rooms clean, food good, drinks cold, assistance with travel, infact assistance with anything. What more do you want! '
