« The property was great, very spacious with plenty of room for our extended family, 7 people total. Everything was well taken care of. The kitchen was very well stocked, and communication was great. Location was terrific, with lots of great shops and restaurants.
One thing to be aware of is that there are several flights of stairs to get to the flat. That was a bit of a surprise, but we were able to manage it. »

« It was lovely. It was quiet and away from people, v close to local amenities and sites.
The WiFi is spotty but that is no criticism, it was great to know i could just read a book without constantly checking my screen.

« Good communication with the owner. Toiletries, towels,tea, coffee and kettle provided.
Had a minor glitch with nerflix but the owner tried to fix patiently.

« Clean. Great communication from the host. Did have bunk beds in one of the twin rooms which weren't advertised but not an issue. All in all a great place to stay the night before a day at alton towers with friends. »
