'incredible service by the staff'

'The website nor does the small print says anything about a deposit required (which you must use a credit card). The only charge certain people depending on what you use and how far away you are the deposit. No breakfast. Also if you order DoorDash or any delivery service it has to be left at the front desk they won’t let it be delivered to your room.'

'Liked the size of the room and the amount of storage. I also like that it was relatively new and it has wood floors that can be easily cleaned as opposed to carpet. Breakfast was a little scant, but not sure how I would have changed it.'

'I absolutely love this hotel and it's location however it was my husband and my 15th anniversary and we wanted to stay for the weekend. The internet was down and we could not stream movies or shows and since it was pouring down rain and storming the entire time we couldn't use the pool or hottub outside so we thought cuddle and watch movies. However when I went to tell a staff member our internet was down as friendly and helpful as she was getting us someone, he was NOT! He came to the room...

'We enjoyed our stay. Loved the ambience. Rackroom was great. Staff was wonderful. Had a great stay. We had a large and beautiful suite. Hallway carpets were worn and appeared to be dirty. Should be replaced.'

'Nice. Clean. As expected. Only concern is they advertise shuttle service but Airport shuttle service only runs 4AM to 8:30AM. When I tried to schedule shuttle service I was informed the one person who drove the shuttle would be off in the morning and was unavailable.'
