This lovely modern villa with a private jacuzzi is located in Resort Lubrense close to Masse Lubrense on the Sorrento Peninsula. The villa shares a garden and swimming pool with two other villas and it is perfect for family gatherings or small groups of friends. The resort is conveniently located for shops, restaurants, and buses and within easy driving distance of beaches.

Sorrento is just 10 km away and the popular towns of Positano, Amalfi, Pompei and Capri Island are all within easy reach by car or public transport from Sorrento.

PLEASE NOTE: On the same property, there is also the owner's villa but he will not use the pool during the guests stay. However, on this property, there are also two bedrooms that are rented as BandBs and when those rooms are rented, the guests can use the pool as well.

Villa Partenio (100 sqm) develops over two levels.

The entrance on the ground floor leads into a living room with a sitting area (with a single sofa bed, fireplace, and TV) and a dining table (seating 6). Another door leads to a well-equipped kitchen (with double doors to the garden) which includes a fridge, oven, induction hob and microwave.

On the first floor, you will find the sleeping area with three bedrooms and three bathrooms:

- one double bedroom (with king size bed, TV and furnished balcony) with ensuite bathroom (with shower)
- one double/triple bedroom (with king size bed, single bed, TV and furnished balcony)
- one double bedroom (with double bed and TV)
- one bathroom (with shower)
- one guest bathroom (with toilet)

Outside, the villa there is a furnished terrace with a dining and relaxation area and an area with a jacuzzi hot tub and sun beds. The large, shared garden has shady dining areas, relaxation areas (with comfortable outdoor seating), a gazebo (with bar) and a communal swimming pool (12.5m x 8m; depth 1.5m, open from 1 April to 31 October) with a sun terrace (with sun loungers). Onsite catering facilities include a pizza oven and barbecue and outdoor showers and onsite parking are also available.
