'The pool was out of order when we first arrived, but it was usable the next day. The room was wonderful, the AC nice and cold. The lady who checked us in was very nice and personable. The only issues we had with our stay was that the body wash in the shower was almost empty. Also breakfast was very lack luster. 'Just “ok” for an overnight stay.
But a few notes:
Front desk staff should never say a customer’s room number out loud when assigning, especially with other people in the lobby.
Rooms and furniture very dated, and in need of replacement with modern sleek furnishings. It looks like someone’s grandmother’s house. Everything is bulky and just…NO.
Hard floors need extra attention in terms of cleanliness. Also, I can’t stress enough: DUSTING and WIPING down surfaces better. Thank goodness I travel...
