'Beautiful rustic house with such attention to detail, we would happily return. Great property management too and Ella and Lina really looked after us, rectifying a temporary issue with the drain even on a Sunday and getting us 2 more bikes which we really enjoyed using. Thank you guys, we loved our time in Valencia and reckon we’ll be back before long 😎'

'Een heel ruim huis voorzien van alle gemakken, ruim voldoende opbergruimte, servies enz. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Inchecken ging wat stroef doordat er verschillende telefoon nummers op contract stonden, maar wel een hele aardige meneer. Echt een aanrader , we hebben genoten. Voor ons had het huis wel dichter bij de kust mogen staan maar ja je kan niet alles hebben.'

'Good location. We enjoyed our stay and the proximity to the beach and metro. Javi was very attentive and easy to get in touch with. The place was clean and the check in/out process was smooth. The only complaint would be this place felt about 90% finished. Would have liked a coffee maker and mugs. Maybe some beach items such as chairs, towels, or beach toys. Night stands next to the beds. Towel hooks for the bathrooms. Other than that it was a perfect spot for our weekend beach vacation. '

'Great place in the middle of town. The terrace is wonderful, with sunny and shadowed places. Kitchen is complete and everything else is convenient. I really enjoyed staying there.'

'The instructions/direction did not match the address, it took us 2 hours to go inside the house. House had no heater and was freezing cold, no supplies, internet went down, bugs everywhere and so on. Owner had construction people show up during our stay and woke us up to get in. We were never notified. We had horrible 3 days out of 10 day plan and had to leave mid stay bc could no longer sleep one more night there bc we slept in our winter heavy jackets and we complained and they only refunded...

'If you look to the pictures you think it is that but in reality it is much bigger and all the rooms and surrounding is clean.It’s a beautiful house with a lot of space large terraces around the house beautiful large swimming pool with sun beds.Outside kitchen and bbq.Perfect stay but you always need a car to get to the city or beachWe have loved it very much'
