'When I arrived there was a smell in the room and when I opened the refrigerator, there was a rotten candied apple in the refrigerator and a half a bottle of Diet Coke. When I notified staff, they came and cleaned it out. When I’ve been turned back my bed, there was some dried food on the sheets. When I notified staff, they brought me clean sheets to change my own bedding. After that original hiccup, the rest of our visit was good.'

'We boekten voor één nacht een eenvoudige binnentuin-kamer, en die beviel ons prima: net voldoende ruim, en op de hoogste verdieping ook veel licht en aangenaam uitzicht. Grootste pluspunten zijn echter de uitstekende ligging (op één van de beste plekjes in dit gezellige stadje), en de heel aangename babbel met andere koppels bij de gratis aangeboden hapjes, wijn en dessert 's avonds. 'This hotel is so conveniently located.. just a couple minutes from SCAD, Riverfront, and Broughton St. The staff are wonderful and hotel is very clean. Has everything you need for an extended stay. Restaurant is conveniently located across the breezeway. All in all a great place to stay'

'Nice bed and good breakfasts. However, hated the spray spigots in the shower, the BR window frame was rotting, and just did not like the Bathroom at all; the AC vents were grossly dirty/molded throughout. The downstairs lobby area was very nice but everything in it’s entirety needed a good cleaning.. I would not recommend it.'

'Air conditioner in room stopped working second day and we had to sleep with only fan in the room second day. Was Hot.'

'We had a wonderful 3-night stay in room 308. The staff was very accommodating of our late check-in when our flight was delayed. Room 308 is up two flights of narrow stairs which wasn't a problem for us since we didn't have heavy luggage. The room was clean and spacious, and I loved the soaking tub. The bed is higher than normal but they provide a step stool. There was a bit of a musty smell in the room but it was not unusual for being an old house, and it didn't bother me after the first night....

'The hotel definitely has a lot of charm and character, and the property itself is very cute and unique. However, the soundproofing was a major issue — I could clearly hear conversations and even someone talking on the phone in another room. The amenities also felt worn out, with cheap towels and areas that could really use upgrades and refreshing. Overall, it has potential and charm, but in my opinion it does not meet the standard of a true 4-star hotel.'

'My mom and I enjoyed the Hyatt so much. We were able to keep her vehicle in Valet Parking during our stay ($50 a night), they had a huge lobby (plenty of lounging space, bar/restaurant, and drinks/snacks), an amazing fitness center and indoor pool, as well as a sundeck. She and I actually tanned on the rooftop on one of the days we were there. It was so nice! I definitely recommend staying at the Hyatt!'

'Bed was amazing. Breakfast was good. Parking was close, but paid parking. Could have used more space for our toiletries in the bathroom (like a shelf) . Location was great, walking distance to all the hotspots.'
