'The Broad Street Property was perfect for our trip. The home was clean and well organized. The bedrooms were spacious for two couples and a teen. The bathrooms and main living area were also comfortable and clean. The location was excellent - just a few blocks from Front Street, restaurants, shopping and the ferry. We went to Atlantic Beach everyday, just 15 minutes away. I would highly recommend this property and am already planning to return. '

'I don't remember staying in any VRBO that had a better-equipped kitchen. Everything, from sharp knives to a lobsta-cooking pot! And everything was well organized, clean and functional. Even spices or odds and ends left by previous tenants were helpful. The host must go throught he cupboards and intuitively keep only those leftovers that seem helpful to the next tenant because we actually did use leftover tea bags, a spot of sugar, the pepper grinder.
