Cruises in Marshall

'I loved staying at this resort. The staff is very friendly, helpful and just great people. The food is delicious: I recommend the Bacon cheese burger! The site is so peaceful and relaxing, the perfect getaway! On Sundays they play loud music which I wasn't the largest fan of, but it definetly made the resort more of a vibe! I will absolutely be staying there again!'

'We stayed here prior to our flight out of Liberia . Great clean facility'

'Breakfast was only half set at 6AM, where it starts at 5... staff was not really customer oriented. Rooms OK, but super moist. Acceptable for a night before early departures, but nothing special. Pool guard was super helpful and friendly!'

'I liked the location. The room could have been cleaned better. Very good staff, Elijah and Tina were very helpful. I enjoyed the boat ride to the facility. I would definitely visit again.'

'The hotel was very nice, and having a salon on the property was convenient. The property was clean, and housekeeping cleaned my room every day. The food was okay, but I felt it was overpriced. Despite the daily cleaning, I did see a couple of roaches at night. My biggest issue was the loud music every night. The rooms didn’t seem to have much soundproofing, so the noise made it difficult to sleep. I had to call a couple of times to complain. I enjoyed parts of my stay, but the nighttime noise...

'I think it was good experience overall.'

'I like the place and the reception. Most especially Lisa, she was really helpful and nice to us.She has good reception.'

'Poor customer service. Tried to upgrade my room but it never happened. Could not get service to help with concerns in room. '

'Clean room, staff and amenities. Every single staff was very friendly and nice, always willing to help and tried their best to provide anything I requested. My stay felt like home and I will definitely be staying here again anytime I visit Liberia. The manager, a very great guy and very friendly and always checking to make you are ok. Thank you all for making my stay wonderful. I will recommend this place 100 percent.'

'This is the BEST hotel in Liberia. The staff were friendly, courteous, attentive and very professional. The food was authentic Liberian food with a great selection of international options. Everything was incredible! Great ambiance, a very clean establishment, amazing food, and a nice pool area; casino, cigar bar, spa & more. I will be going back - this is my new spot in LIB! '

'The property was very dirty, the room was not ready for me to check in, the manager claimed the payment I made to cover my stay had not been reflected in their account. The room shown to me was very dirty and no air conditioning in the room, the bed covers or sheets were dirty and stinking. The hotel does not resemble what was advertised in Expedia web site. I DID NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL DUE TO ALL OF THE ABOVE.'
