Villa “Dolce Vita” – Close to the Beach, Terraces, Jacuzzi & Wi-Fi

Close to the beaches of La Ciotat, Villa Dolce Vita offers you 125 m² of comfort and can accommodate up to 7 people. You will find 3 bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, and 2 separate toilets. There are also 2 bright living rooms and a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker). Amenities include air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV with international channels, a washing machine, a workspace, a private jacuzzi, a barbecue, a baby bed, and a high chair.



The enclosed 650 m² garden, ideal for families and young children, features 3 terraces, one of which is covered. You will enjoy the shade and coolness of the Mediterranean garden with fig and orange trees.



The enclosed garden also allows you to bring pets (welcome for an additional fee) and to park two cars. Out of respect for the neighborhood, parties are not allowed, nor is smoking indoors or eating in the bedrooms.



This is the host’s main residence, made available for your holidays. You are kindly asked to take care of the house and its equipment. A security deposit is required before arrival and will be returned after inspection of the property and jacuzzi. Any damage may be deducted from the deposit. Excessive electricity consumption may also be charged.



Cyrnos beach is a 2-minute walk away and Lumière beach is 100 meters away. The turquoise waters are perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Restaurants, bars, and shops are nearby, and the city center is a 20-minute walk away.
