'OMG! We are staying there again!! The staff were really friendly and so helpful. My husband loved the downstairs lounge. He was able to catch up on a YouTube channel he watches in real comfort.
The breakfast is usually a sticking point with him. Not here. He had everything his big heart desired AND the bacon was crispy. A rare occurrence and it wasn’t a fluke.
We didn’t us the gym as I made him walk up Sugarloaf Mountain. Twenty two flights of stairs I think it was.

'Did not like having no staff at reception. No customer service, no number to call for help with problems. Musty smell in room Only one dim lamp in room. TV not working nobody responded to my text.eill not staying there again. Room next door had pole of rags or clothes visible in front of curtain. Cigarette butts on dirty stairway. Ick.'

'I love this place! The sheets, pillows and coverings were squeaky clean! The room was spacious, the locate was convenient to many tourist sites and restaurants, very good continental breakfast, and the staff couldn’t be friendlier! I highly recommend it!'
