'It turn outs that they only service the rooms every other day. We had no bed made, no new towels etc. We had to call the front desk to get extra toilet paper and towels on the eve of the second night. Totally unacceptable as there was nothing signaling this when we reserved. We would recommend staying away from this hotel.'

'Disappointed with breakfast bar which was very minimal, room coffee tasted terrible and breakfast bar coffee wasn’t much better. Having to get ice on first floor instead of the 2nd floor my room was on. A lot of noise outside my room above and in the hallway outside my room. Couldn’t figure out how to open and use the room safe. Curtains wouldn’t close all the way with night time street lights shining into the room right where I was trying to sleep.'

'obviously the hotel os in a transition. Looks like it was bought by the hotel next door and they are in process os renovation. Outdoor carpet and exterior area was beyond filthy and dirty but room inside was clean and somewhat upgraded. Good bed and bathroom Big room but a dinky 28- 32" tv. Breakfast spartan but decent... could be improved/upgraded given the size of the hotel... Overall ok but average value..'

'Nice, clean basic place. Single floor motel worked well for us and our dog. Easy parking and access to outdoors to take our dog out for breaks.'

'The hotel was well worn. We booked here because of location to Ishpeming and for that I would give it 5 stars. The breakfast was nice. We picked this hotel because of the pool. We were very disappointed because the pool and hot tub were closed upon our arrival. We were told it was being serviced. On the third day the pool was still closed but the hot tub was operating. Having three children under 9 it was very disappointing. We were never offered the use of the outdoor pool on the owners other...
