'Terrible place, claim to have 2 reastaurants, they dont. Food can be ordered at the lobby, and is delivered by a take away restaurant. The food is placed on a plate and thats it.. 'had paid for two higher-end rooms based on the photos and descriptions, but what we received was one twin room and one queen room, neither matched the sizes or standards I had reserved. My parents were given the twin room, and after a long, exhausting trip, they had already settled in. I did inform the front desk that these were not the rooms we booked. 'Lovely hotel with a character'

'Een uitstekend hotel met topservice en zeer vriendelijk personeel. De kamers zijn schoon en comfortabel. De locatie is perfect: binnen 2 minuten lopen sta je bij Temu World, waar je kunt eten, drinken en winkelen. Wij hebben enorm genoten en komen graag terug.'

'Noch kein Pool vorhanden, auch kein Fitnesscenter! Das Frühstücksbuffet gab es nur dann, wenn genug Gäste im Hotel waren. Die Internet-Geschwindigkeit bei Buchung war mit über 250mbit/s angegeben, ich erreichte meistens nur 70-80mbit/s. Personal war wirklich top, bis auf eine Einzige Person. Diese war sehr damit beschäftigt zu Lügen, um jemanden zu beruhigen. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer-Upgrade wegen einer nicht funktionierenden Waschmaschine. Das war wirklich Top.'

'Nuestra estancia fue perfecta. El hotel está bien cuidado y bien ubicado. Hay tiendas de alta gama muy cerca, restaurantes y el atractivo de la cercanía del palacio de Dolmabahce. Además el personal es muy atento y amable. Nos atendieron de maravilla. Las habitaciones están perfectamente limpias y equipadas para una estancia confortable. Lo recomiendo ampliamente'
