'Excellent service from hotel staff.'

'We hadden een studio met 2 slaapkamers. Alles was netjes en schoon. Gratis minibar op de kamer. Uitgebreid ontbijt.

'The sower didn’t drain properly in the room so it overflowed. I changed rooms but in the morning I found bugs. Booked for 4 days but left after two. Did not get a refund but I rather left. '

'They didn’t have the restaurant open, and they only have beers in the store of the hotel, no food The room was clean but I won’t recommend to stay if you are travelling as a tourist'

'Average - facilities are a bit old'

'Great location, not too busy but close to Dongdan metro Spacious rooms , friendly staff and great breakfast - all for a compétitive Price Second time I stay here, and I will stay again when I am in Beijing'

'Food and drinks at the bar were very good. Stayed 4 nights but recommend no more than 2 other guest were extremely rude. Receptionist double charged me even after I told her I payed in advance but I did not have an active eSIM at the time so wasn’t able to show proof and she stated that on her end it showed that I had not payed and took 2 days to get the refund back once I had internet service. Rooms were not cleaned I only noticed because I dropped something and looked under the bed and it was...

'Excellent location. Very close to lots of attractions and subway. Lots of food close by. The hotel is in a small alley and was a little hard to find. The staff were awesome. Always helpful and try their best to help us out. Breakfast was the same everyday. Not buffet, but a standard pack delivered at your room. It was either a sandwich or dumplings.'

'Kamer was heel schoon. '

'Very good hotel, nice location and stuff.'

'Great stay 10/10 recommend , Gentle man at Front desk helpful New York Female traveler'

'Staff could not speak English but did try to communicate through translation apps which we really appreciated. Standard ammenities. Room could be a bit more spacious and bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, but overall, okay stay.'

'Spacious rooms, very comfortable but hotel really needs English speaking staff. Even ordering a pizza was almost impossible.'
