Private stoney beach with concrete sunbathing areas and bert for boat is just a 50 meters from the Villa. Another beautiful pebble beach ideal for children is just 150 meters away. Villa of 155 m2 consists 3 etage connected by external stairs. One bedroom with shower and toilet is on ground floor. In front of it is a terrace with sea view under wine grapes.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, both with a double bed, one bathroom and nice small kitchen. First bedroom have exit to the terrace vith sea view.
On the second floor is one bedroom with a double bed, ensuite bathroom, kitchen and living room area. On the second floor there is also a big terrace with a magnificent sea view.
The villa is air-conditioned and it has WiFi internet. Private parking protected from the sun is close to the house. Opposite to the villa on the outside terrace there is private pool with stunning sea view on whole archipelago. In front of pool there is place for relaxing and enjoying in sun, and at evening in dinner by barbecue.

You can also sit on terrace, enjoying and relax while we are preparing a dinner for you.
