Flats in Marilao

'The property location is very close to MOA. Entrance to condo is very nice and clean. However, we notice the poor or substandard unit structure. Some walls and cabinet paints are peeling, cabinet doors need fixing. Shampoo smells bad. And body wash not properly dispensing. But the overall price per stay is reasonable and budget friendly.'

'Kitchen not working we told them but they didn't do anything about it. Tv says Netflix but nothing working. Toilet seat is loose. Wifi worked good after i reset the modem. Bed is good and there is not a lot of noise even though it's close to the airport.'

'The dining and living room furniture is uncomfortable. The balcony is unusable due to the air conditioning unit being placed on the balcony. The overall space was smaller then anticipated from the photos (I don't think all of the photos were of this unit). We had to supply our own bath tissue, paper towels, dish detergent,laundry detergent...'

'Their Pool does not exist. It’s very far from our unit and it was closed. '

'Always book here whenever staying in Caloocan. Location is safe, and accessible. There is always security and you always feel safe. The area and building and room is neat, tidy, and staff is super friendly. The owner Sarah and staff is very professional and check-in/out is always a breeze. I will definitely be booking again next visit in Caloocan! Maraming Maraming Salamat po!! '
