'We loved our stay, perfect set up for a couples vacation. 'If you are thinking about renting this property, definitely do it. It is so clean & beautiful. More amenities than any place we have ever stayed. It is so close to many restaurants & shopping, grocery just around the corner. It has security there all night. Felt very safe. Just a beautiful setting, definitely enjoyed it. 'The cottage was adorable and has an amazing view. It is small but cozy, perfect for 2 people. The housekeeper comes twice a week so the place is always very clean. The only negative we experienced was the drive to the place. Google maps does not know how to route to it properly and kept taking us on dead ends and the roads thru the neighborhood are dirt and VERY bumpy and filled with potholes. You have to drive slow. Once we learned the proper route though it wasn't too bad, just be prepared....

'We enjoyed our stay. Staff was most agreeable and few repairs done quickly. Our deck overlooked the common pool and there were nice plantings. Resort is many independent buildings snuggled in around the pool so no view to the sea. Beds were comfortable, linens were not the softest. This is not the place to cook as there is only one pan and one frying pan , no kitchen knives or tools. Coffee for room and restaurant is instant only. There is a small coffee pot and micro, gas stove and tea pot....

He checked in regularly to see if we needed anything and to enquire how things were going. He even arranged to have our laundry done for use on the second week. "This hotel is very beautiful. The rooms were spacious and came with fully equipped kitchens. The beach was amazing and everything was spotless. There wasn’t a blade of grass out of place on the overall grounds. All in all, we had a great stay but I will say that the customer service needs some work. This is the only reason why I do not give 5 stars. There is a lack of effort and flexibility/accountability from the guest relations staff and if you “annoy” them to much by asking for help with simple things, then they even talk to each other about you as a group behind the front desk and roll their eyes in front of the hotel guests while you are talking to them. I found that a bit disrespectful. "
