'I’d definitely recommend the hotel. The keyless entry didn’t initially work, but the communication with the owner was quick and a new code was sent within minutes. The rooms were lovely and there was a good variety of teas and coffees available. I was worried not having check in would mean that the owners weren’t around, but they did help us figure out how to turn the air conditioning off. The location was fantastic and it wasn’t noisy in the rooms. '

"A hotel should not be called a hotel if they do not serve breakfast. Despite their website stating that they serve a daily breakfast, this is not the case. It was not mentioned whilst booking, nor when I checked in and was asked to pay the full amount, which I did. Only the next morning when I asked where the breakfast room was did I hear that they have not served breakfast for some time now. In addition, the sash window in my room overlooking the courtyard could not be closed so I was able to enjoy the sounds of the all-night party in said courtyard. My complaints were simply brushed away by all staff. Their website claims that they are a four-star hotel. Two would be over-generous."
