« Travelers looking for a decently-equipped kitchen and a couple of bedrooms will be pretty happy with this property. It seems recently renovated; everything was in great shape and had most of the amenities you'd expect -- beach and parking tags, most kitchen equipment, nice-sized TV, and plenty of seating. Our only real issue, and not under the host's control, was the scarcity of parking. At the time of our visit, several nearby houses were being renovated and often half a dozen work trucks...

« Very nice house and nice location...steps to the beach. Great porch and deck. This property does not sleep 12 people. It sleeps 8. Not enough beds for our party of 10. We had to use two blow up mattresses. Ben was a great host. He was very responsive and helped us work through a few issues. »

« The property was in a nice location however parking is a bit tricky. The owners however do have two parking permits which allowed us to park right by the boardwalk entrance. The 3rd floor walk up is a bit of exercise especially when carrying bags but it’s do able. On the first morning my friends encountered a Mickey who just wanted to say hello, we realized not to leave any food out after that day.
