'The location and size were great. Loved having two full bathrooms. Made sharing with another couple easy. Loved having a washer and dryer too. Ease of checking and check out was great. Communication with owner/company was easy. '

The host responded very quickly as the apartment needed an adapter to fit the microwave plug …… and I felt they answered all my questions almost immediately. It is a very simple apartment, clean and quiet, considering how close it is to the Pitti Palace. I would highly recommend! '

'We had a great stay. The apartment was in a wonderful location. It is an easy walk to many museums and the Boboli garden. The apartment is also close to great gelato and a wine window. The amenities were very nice. The only drawback was construction going on in the adjacent apartment and the crew started work early in the morning, making it noisy in one of the bedrooms. The host was very nice and helpful, yet it would be helpful if there was a more automated way to access getting the key for...

'This property is in a beautiful historic area surrounded by castle walls and tower and walking distance to Piazzle Michelangelo. We did not see a close store for groceries, but enjoyed the restaurant across the street. The only problem was the shower...no window covering for privacy and the water did not drain well.'
