'The bar wasn’t open, the breakfast is just cereal, bagels, and waffles. The pool was pretty much used as a personal pool party for the guests that were staying there as a little league baseball teams with over 50 people in the pool for hours. We couldn’t even get in because it was so crowded. They even brought in coolers full to the pool area.'

'Had a little trouble checking in because we booked third party and didn’t get the instruction text. However we were next door to a very loud dog and the staff went above and beyond to allow us access to another room away from the dog if it was still barking at bedtime. Luckily it was not and quieted down when the people came back from dinner. But the offer was very appreciated. I also liked having 3 separate beds when traveling with teenagers. Thank you!'

'The room itself was great and was very clean, however, there was absolutely no visits from housekeeping during our stay. No cleans towels were brought to us, no trash taken out. We had to get fresh towels twice during our stay.'

'Location is great. Our shower was laughable, a trickle at best. The beds were hard, especially after a day walking and riding coasters. Also, there were only 2 pillows for each bed. I ended up placing towels at the crack at the base of the door for the adjoining rooms because we could hear the people in the other room loud and clear.
