'We received a call asking what time we were coming as they wanted to make sure someone was there when we checked it. When the sign said someone would be there until 9:30. When we arrived we had to call and then the guy walked us to the room. He said he just shampooed the floor which was confusing as to why. 'The experience was thoroughly disappointing; the staff appeared completely clueless about their responsibilities, which only compounded the issues. The rooms were in a deplorable state, unclean and frankly repulsive, making the entire place feel like an overall nasty environment.'

'Cabin was perfect for a 3 day stay. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 4 teens. Loft has room for 2 queen air mattresses but height is a little bit of an issue with taller air mattresses but height. Equivalent to a tiny house. Clean, good a/c, quiet.'

'When we booked the room, it showed the King Size bed, but the picture showed a jet powered tub, and we only had a regular tub/shower. There was the hot tub available with the pool, but we wanted the personal/private jet-powered tub in the room as shown in the picture. There was no comfortable chair for the 2 of us in the room to sit on in order to relax and watch TV before going to bed for the evening.
