Enjoy this cosy 84 m² house, located in a quiet residential area of Elviria, one of the most exclusive areas of Marbella. With capacity for 4 people, it is the perfect accommodation for families, couples or friends who wish to combine beach, golf and relaxation on the Costa del Sol.



🛏️ The accommodation has 2 bedrooms located on the upper floor. The main one features a comfortable 160 cm bed, whilst the second has a double bed of 140 cm. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and private balcony. Additionally, you will find a full bathroom with shower on the upper floor and a practical toilet on the main floor.



☀️ The living-dining room offers a warm and comfortable atmosphere thanks to its pellet fireplace, Smart TV with Movistar Plus, high-speed fibre optic WiFi and direct access to a spectacular terrace of 35 m², ideal for breakfast outdoors or relaxing at the end of the day with views of the garden.



🍴 The American kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, Nespresso and Italian coffee maker, air fryer, kettle, washer-dryer and all the necessary kitchenware to enjoy a worry-free stay. It also has a bottle warmer, cot and high chair for families with babies.



🏊 The urbanisation offers excellent communal areas with adult and children's swimming pool, padel court, mini football pitch, boules court and extensive landscaped areas, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. It also has free parking within the urbanisation, unnumbered.



Please note that the swimming pool is for communal use and its availability is subject to the rules, dates and times established by the community of owners, and may vary according to season or internal decisions.



🔒 The accommodation is equipped with a security system with photosensors installed inside. These remain disconnected during guests' stay, thus guaranteeing their privacy and comfort.



📍 Your location is excellent, less than 2 km from Las Chapas beaches and prestigious golf courses such as Santa María Golf and Greenlife Golf. Nearby you will find supermarkets, restaurants and iconic places such as the Artola Dunes, Marbella, Puerto Banús and Fuengirola.
