Luxury and recently reformed townhouse set in a peaceful top quality community steps from the best beach on the coast in the heart of Marbella's ultra-exclusive Golden Mile. From here you can walk to Marbella with its beautiful walled old town or to Puerto Banús. A host of shops, supermarkets and some excellent restaurants are all within easy walking distance.

Please note: Marbellamar is a tranquil, residential area made up of stylish townhouses in a prime location. Out of respect for our neighbours, Casa Isa is not suitable for stag or hen groups or guests planning to host loud gatherings. We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours and maintain a peaceful atmosphere, particularly in the communal areas.

Casa Isa is a superbly well appointed townhouse in the exclusive beachside community of Marbellamar situated on Casablanca Beach which is regarded as the best in the area. Set in the heart of Marbella’s famous and exclusive Golden Mile regarded as one of the most exclusive areas in the whole of Europe. Casa Isa sleeps ten and provides luxurious and well equipped accommodation and facilities. Here you will have everything you could need; modern Travertine marble bathrooms, power showers, cotton sheets and towels and much more besides. Our guests can enjoy comfortable indoor and outdoor seating in both sun and shade from the various terraces.

Nothing is off limits in Casa Isa, guests have the run of the whole of the house, from the superb roof terrace (which is a sun trap and has great sea views) to the lower terrace with its formal and informal dining facilities. There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, hob and microwave, as well as a Nespresso machine.

For those seeking active leisure pursuits there is a range of activities on offer nearby ranging from water sports, cable ski, para-sending, wind and kite surfing, dolphin safaris and boat charters through to horse riding and of course golf which you can play on any one of the dozens of excellent courses on the coast. There is something for everybody and guests at Casa Isa have use of the private community swimming pool (open in the warmer months only) and tennis and paddle courts.

Casa Isa is within five hundred meters of both the world famous Marbella Club and its sister hotel the Puente Romano Spa with its Plaza boasting three excellent Michelin starred restaurants. If less formal dining is required there are several dozen excellent restaurants within a few hundred meters of the front door although Marbella and Puerto Banús are also within very easy reach. Guests are quite simply spoilt for choice when it comes to local restaurants and amenities.

We provide fast and free 5G Wifi with speeds of up to 500mb and unlimited downloads. Guests have the choice of over One thousand TV Channels in almost every language including English, Swedish, French and Russian and included is BT Sports, Sky Movies and all the Sky Sports channels; there is also an enormous selection of free movies and box sets.

The property is managed by Finest Rentals, a family-run business with excellent reviews across all holiday rental platforms, ensuring guests receive top-notch service and an unforgettable experience.

For added convenience, guests can arrange cleaning and linen changes during their stay at an additional cost. We also offer maid services and can organise catering within the property.

We stayed for 4 nights with family from London and Boston all flying in to meet up. The property was perfectly set up, and had everything we needed. Beach is minutes down the hill, and a beach bar and beach restaurant also extremely close. We loved the patio and walked to get groceries.

Overall, this property was beyond expectations. The house was just as nice as pictured and the location was perfect for us. We were disappointed with kitchen equipment and a few things in that category, but reported to real estate company and they responded that the6 would address. Unfortunately, our time on the back patio was marred by construction noise at the house behind us, but that is not something that the real estate company can control or predict. We hope to return!

Property is a great location and the weather was Chamber of Commerce great. The staff was responsive and provided welcome food for us upon arrival. We dealt with ants and what appeared to be mold in the cabinet's on the top floor.in the property

We loved our stay in Marbella! The property was within walking distance to the beach, several delicious restaurants, many recreational activities, and grocery stores. It was also easy to get to both Puerto Banus and Old Town via taxi. The house itself was perfect for our party and we really enjoyed the welcome package after a long day of travel. Highly recommend and will be petitioning my husband to return!

From the moment we arrived to when we left we all had an amazing time. We were 6 girls celebrating our 40th birthdays definatly in style! We couldn’t have asked for better accommodation - it was very well equipped, very spacious and very modern. We spent a lot of time out on the back terrace chilling in the sun which had a canopy to wind in and out if it got too hot! We sat out on the roof terrace with the tunes on as it had sound system throughout the whole accommodation even in the bathrooms and bedrooms which we loved. Situated only a 2 minute walk to beach and centrally located. 15 minute walk into Marbella along the seafront. We taxi’d Into Puerto Banus as we had heals but would probably take you 30 minutes to walk! There was a Lidl 10 minute walk up the road as we’re cashpoints and others superstores! We were greeted by Emily who we rang at the airport when we got our luggage and she recommended a taxi firm who were very professional and picked us up and dropped us back off. We were shown round our accommodation and had 2 keys left for us and we were able to ring Emily if we had any problems! Puerto Banus is definatly the place to be for nightlife. Marbella old town if you want to sit and chill with a nice meal with beautiful old Buildings. Highly recommend the accommodation and is perfectly located!

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Stephanie very much! The house is lovely, the amenities great and the roof top deck fabulous. The location is convenient to everything, the beach, shops, great restaurants, grocery store, old town etc. Karen, Stephen and Emily went out of their way to make recommendations and help in every way possible. I would stay at Casa Stephanie again and recommend it to everyone!

Six of us stayed at this lovely villa for 4 days in early July. The villa is spotless, has everything you could possibly need and is situated in a perfect location. It is stylish, modern and very well decorated. There is a spacious roof terrace with bar which has seating in the shade and sun (we loved having cocktails here in the evening) and an outside terrace at ground level too (again with comfy sofas, table and chairs etc). There is also a big communal pool which is lovely for a dip and any children will LOVE it. You are literally a minutes walk to the beach and there are plenty of cafes/restaurants/supermarkets nearby. The promenade is brilliant and you can walk (or hire bikes at a very reasonable 15 euros a day) along the beach towards Marbella (15 min walk) or Puerto Banus (more like 40 min walk). My only regret is we didnt stay longer! Emily and the team did a great job with all the arrangements and the booking process was nice and easy. I honestly only have good things to say and thoroughly recommend this villa.

The house is absolutely beautiful with everything you could need. The location is perfect between Marbella and Puerto Banus. It's a 20 minute stroll to Marbella but about 45 to Puerto Banus but taxis are very reasonable. There are some great local restaurants a few minutes away and a couple of supermarkets within easy reach. The pool area was lovely and surprisingly warm! I think our favourite area was the roof terrace where we could eat breakfast in the sunshine. Absolutely loved this house and the location and really hope to return as soon as possible!

We had a mixed family group aged 84 to 13 years old. The villa is great as has lovely outside space at ground level and on the roof terrace. There was a ground floor bedroom for our oldest member which was perfect as she could not manage the two flights of stairs to the roof terrace etc. Emily and team running it in Marbella are fabulous and so helpful, from booking to leaving they were efficient and could not be more helpful. House was immaculate and had all items you could possibly need for a successful holiday. Great location with the promenade about 50m away and supermarkets, restaurants, breakfast places all within a gentle few minutes stroll. No need for a car which is just wonderful. We all want to return!

Having been to Casa Stefania last year we knew what to expect and once again were delighted with the house.There were seven of us staying this time, but the accomodation with relaxing terraces and in particular the roof terrace meant that no one felt crowded. The house is beautiful, very well kept and with improvements from the previous year, re-doing the kitchen and the front terrace as well as more seating on the roof terrace. The house is in the most fantastic position with 50 yards to the beach and the via verde from which you can walk to many restaurants, marbella and puerto banus. Thanks again to Stephen, Karen and Emily for great management of the property.
