The owner previously managed the legendary “Enfrentarte” hotel in Ronda.<br>The house is divided into three floors: the first floor features a spacious living room highlighted by a Salvador Dalí piece, complete with a smart TV, leather sofa, fireplace, half-bath, and library. Adjacent to the living room is a large, fully equipped rustic kitchen that opens onto a beautiful semi-covered Andalusian patio with two areas: a dining area and a barbecue/bar area.<br>The three bedrooms are located on the first floor: an elegant and cozy master bedroom with a balcony overlooking a large urban garden, a walk-in closet, an en suite bathroom, and a television; and two other double bedrooms—one with large closets and in a vintage style, featuring a king-size bed just like the master bedroom, and another with two twin beds, offering a fresh and youthful vibe, along with a bathroom. All bedrooms have electric blinds.<br>The second floor features a completely private terrace—perfect for sunbathing, enjoying a snack, and taking in the beautiful views of La Concha, the sea, and the iconic “Cristo del Amor” suspension bridge, which spans the exotic gardens of the Arroyo de la Represa urban park. It’s equipped with lounge chairs, a sofa, and a comfortable, cheerful swing. There’s also a small utility room with a refrigerator.<br>The house is fully designed for maximum comfort and enjoyment, including Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
