'The property could do with a lot of trimming back of the mature trees to allow more sun in but I imagine in mid summer it’s very pleasant. Once the gardeners had cleaned up the section it looked a lot better. The house was very comfortable with a great shower and we lit the efficient fire on the particularly cold night.'
