'Pictures can fool anyone but as my son and I entered this property on our first day, he raised his hand with a genuine smile of joy, uttering that in renting this house, I made a very good choice. He was visiting me from Germany for his birthday, and I wanted to spend some days away from NYC, in quiet, conversation, and cooking.
