'We had a fantastic stay! The condo was very clean and modern. We loved the decor. The whole area was very quiet (especially for peak vacation season) but centrally located to many stores and restaurants. Access to the pool was a huge benefit and during our stay the pool was never crowded. The sunset views over the sound could not be beat, we even ordered take out for dinner one evening to skip the restaurant wait and enjoy the sunset. 'Beautiful clean home, view off the balcony was breathtaking. Our stay was great. Only downfall was person on third floor who lives in the above condo is EXTREMELY loud keeps you awake all night long and starts back up at 5am. We got zero sleep!!'

'The property is in a great location close to the beach. The overall property i would describe as tried and needs some work. The bathroom door would not close and the bathroom light would go off and on by itself. The pool had tiles missing on the sides and the bottom had many locations where the surface was peeling and missing paint.
