The space
This charming property offers a cozy and comfortable stay in the master's bedroom of a lovely 3-storey house. The owner, who is currently dedicatedly studying for the Bar Exams, has decided to share this room as a spare with our guests. We hope you'll appreciate and enjoy this space as much as the owner does.
Inside the master's bedroom, you'll find a welcoming Emma Diamond Hybrid queen-size bed , perfect for a restful night's sleep. There's also a dedicated study space, providing you with a quiet corner to focus on any work or personal projects during your stay.
One of the highlights of this accommodation is the attached bathroom, which is thoughtfully equipped with all your essential needs. Plus, you'll be delighted to find a relaxing bath tub, offering a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring the city.
Situated on the 2nd floor of the house, you'll have a sense of privacy and comfort while having easy access to other areas of the property.
Guest access
As our guest, you will have exclusive access to the bedroom you are renting, ensuring your privacy and comfort during your stay. However, since this is a shared space, we also offer the possibility to access our living area, kitchen, and rooftop, but kindly request that you ask for our consent beforehand.
We want you to feel at home and have the freedom to enjoy our common spaces, but we also value everyone's privacy and comfort. Therefore, we kindly ask for open communication so that we can accommodate your needs and ensure a pleasant stay for all.
For your convenience, free ingress and egress can be found on the 1st and 2nd floor of the house, providing easy access in and out of the property. Frequently Asked Questions:
What am I renting? - You are renting a ROOM (with an ensuite toilet and bath) only. This is located in the second floor of our house. It is a master’s bedroom equipped with an aircon, queen sized bed, TV with netflix, wifi, study space with a chair, closet, and a bathroom with a bathtub and water heater.
Can I use other areas in the house aside from the room? - Your space is already equipped with most, if not all the necessary things you’ll need during your stay. However, if you wish, you may use our kitchen, living area, dining area, and rooftop. Please be reminded that the use of our common areas are not included in your payment. However, you may use them for FREE, subject to the condition that you use it SPARINGLY and WITH CARE.
Are there CCTVs in the house? - Yes. We have one in each of the following areas: - Living area - kitchen - dining area - stairs area from the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor - hallway in the 2nd floor - one in each door of our 1st and 2nd floors - NOTE: There are NO cctvs in your room.
Do you accept pets? - Yes! I am also a pet lover. However, only small breeds are allowed. And while we allow pets in your room, we cannot allow you to let them sleep in the bed. You must bring a cage where your pet will sleep. If you don’t have a cage, we have spare cages. We may impose additional cleaning fees as necessary so please follow this.
Is smoking allowed? - No, you can’t smoke inside the room/house. Violation will incur penalties which will amount to the cost of removing smoke odor by cleaning professionals.
Do you allow visitors? - Yes. Visitors are permitted, but they must not sleep in the leased premises, otherwise, the tenant will be responsible for paying an additional guest fee.
What are your visiting hours/curfew? - 10:00 am to 8:00pm.
Can I add additional guest during my stay? - Yes, subject to additional guest fee of Php 275 each guest per day. A child is considered an additional guest.
Is there parking? - Yes. But it is street parking. Both car and motor parking available.
How many people are currently staying in your house? - We are a family of 4 right now. Me, my Aunt, my father, and a household helper.
Is vax card required? - No. But we will appreciate it if you are vaccinated since you will be sharing this house with me and my family.
Is there drinking water? - Yes. Our water is alkaline.
Does the bathtub have hot/cold water? - Yes
Does the TV have Netflix & Youtube? - Yes. We are also subscribed in HBO.
Is wifi fast? - Yes. It is very fast most specially in your room since it is where the wifi router is closest. Plus, it’s internet fiber!
Other things to note: 1. You are allowed to use slippers while in the house. But it should be clean. We need to maintain the cleanliness of the house since you will be sharing it with my family. 2. You may find water droplets/puddles in the 2nd floor outside of your room. There is an on going water leak in the hallway of our 2nd floor. We are doing our best to remedy this. Please be guided accordingly. 3. I have an experience leasing a condominium unit in other platforms but this is my FIRST time leasing out only a room. So please give me a chance to be better. Should you have any complaints, just talk to me. I am always in the house. 4. Our house has dogs. They are free to roam around during the day but are put in their cages during nighttime. Please notify us if this will be a concern for you. You may hear barks from time to time but rest assured that we will keep you at peace during your stay. 5. There is this one particular doggo of mine who will keep knocking on your room as it is previously both our shared space. Don’t worry though cos she is as sweet as can be!
